Pump flanges come in different size diameters. The standard size flange that comes with the Purely Yours breast Pump comfortably fits most A, B, and C cups. However if you wear a larger bra size or have large areola (brown part of breast), large nipples, or if your nipples swell while pumping, we suggest purchasing extra large flanges. 28.5mm to 30.5mm size.
